Why is Netflix even included in FAANG?

Apple, Amazon, and Google are all absolutely unchallenged giants that are going nowhere. Facebook is an old man but it's still relevant in many more subtle ways. Netflix though? Netflix was just the first real mover in streaming it's hardly a bluechip like the rest.

The FAANG acronym was created a decade ago. It's outdated.

FAGMAN companies are not classified by "prestige" but by being more or less openly CIA propoganda tools

You are thinking fagman, not faang.
See

OK then the question still stands. Why is Netflix next to Microsoft and Apple?

FAGMAN is outdated too unfortunately, since it's the best acronym. But realistically it's now MAAMA
>Microsoft
>Apple
>Amazon
>Meta
>Alphabet

Tbh Google is meme shart company too similar to Facebook.

>Amazon unchallenged giant

Apple and Google are the only 2 with absolute longevity

Alphabet is absolutely massive and a giant in tech and marketing. Facebook is similar even if Facebook itself is dying. It's why they changed to Meta. They both own a lot more than just Google and just Facebook.
I can't see Amazon dying now it's most people's immediate go to for buying anything and some people's only call. They are also diversifying. It's the Walmart of the modern age and it likely wont be displaced until a paradigm shift like the internet and delivery displaced Walmart etc.

I only count this 3 companies.
>Facebook
>Amazon
>Google

No real reason, I just like to type fag.

>>Alphabet
It is MAGA daggot
>microsoft
>apple
>google
>america

Amazon's big money maker is AWS now.

yet AWS leads cloud computing. lmao

Because if they got rid of it, then it would be FAAG, not very kosher

That only reinforces my statement that they're diversifying. Amazon is a true giant now they deserve to be in the meme acronym. Netflix is just a shitty streaming service why was it ever even considered comparable?

Netflix
IBM
Google
Roku
Facebook
Amazon
Grayscale
Tesla

FAGMAN is better
Facebook (Meta)
Amazon
Google (Alphabet)
Microsoft
Apple
Netflix
So more like Maaman (Mammon)

I've seen FAANG used as the tech companies

The only businesses I invest in are:
Amazon
L'Oreal
Lowe's

Netflix
Intel
Google
Goldman Sachs
ExxonMobil
Raytheon
Saudi Aramco

Apple
RBC
Estee Lauder

Boeing
Infosys
Keyence
Enbridge

Tesla
Home Depot
IBM
Eli Lilly
Verizon
Equinor
Roche
Samsung

I was here when the next industry buzzword was invented on 4channel.org

Interesting. My portfolio is very similar:

Facebook
Unilever
Comcast
Kellogg

Nestle
IBM
Google
General Electric
Exxon
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals
Salesforce

They pay really well, and I think they were very profitable for a long time.

Netflix is not a streaming service it's a media company. The biggest media company in the world.
You think they made money with subscribers? The real money is on their intelectual property and content, shit like Stranger Things and Cobra Kai and worth billions of dollars alone
