It used to be an alright gig if you didn’t want to go to college or whatever, since all you really need to be a manager or supervisor is experience at the store. Could get an easy $40-50k a year and then some just from that and not really have to do a whole lot relatively speaking, if you were good enough you could get there before you were even in your 30s. Whole company went through a restructure three years ago though, now its hell for everyone and that kind of mobility is nonexistent or comes with a shitton of fine print.
