I guarantee you he (and possibly a few others on the list like FTR, potentially Miro, Lance, to an extent Sydal) will be featured prominently once RoH gets started again.
The real issue with Tony is how much talent he's hoarding, it feels like I'm watching 2018 NXT again with the constant debuts. RoH could help solve this by giving him a place to dump guys not being used but consider that right now AEW has 4 shows and still has guys not appear on any of them in a week. You didn't even mention guys like Hobbs or Ricky who were MIA for what felt like a year.

His roster is so bloated that he can't even dazzle people with factions everywhere anymore. The EVPs are also entitled to having regular segments just for them and their stooges. As a result, regular wrestlers suffer and can't have singles runs worth a shit.
It'd be nice to hear about someone doing really well on Dark or Elevation but most everyone sent there is a deserving shitter who can't have a good match with anybody. I can't imagine how frustrating it is to be stuck in the middle.
