The issued shares will end up in whatever account the shares were in on the dividend record date. If your shares are DRS'd on the record date you will find them in CS. If your shares are at fidelity then they will be in fidelity unless you get the cash equivalent in which case the cash in lieu of will be at fidelity. If the shares are at vanguard on the record date but then you move then to fidelity then to CS before the dividend date then the shares will be at vanguard unless they also give you cash in lieu of in which case you will get the cash at vanguard.
