SmartBCH is unironically the most pleasant to use - pretty much instant + small fee.
But it's not anything special in terms of defi on it or technical capabilities.
AVAX trashes all of them.
Fantom had its good sides but it's irrelevant now.
ETH is crap.
Soilana is a joke.
Harmony is a scam.
The actual products on Polygon are hot garbage.
I actually had to code stuff that could read from a BSC archive node and it's basically chink copy+paste of ethereum without basic understanding of it, breaking every aspect of it. I know all of them copied ETH, but the copying was done by people who understand the code, BSC is a sandbox for actual morons.
Haven't used Optimism, Metis or Arbitrum yet, can't really judge their potential yet.
