just work an intersection in a a nice suburb. i used to panhandle during my college years and could easily clear 300 a day. wear shitty tattered clothes. have a cross around your neck and say god bless you to everyone. smile. being white helps too. if the police come, just go get some food and hang low for an hour then go back to the same spot. did this for 3 summers.

Start by asking for small favors, like a coffee here and there. Then slowly move you way up until you are ready to ask for straight up cash, preferably in large amounts too.

A nigger hit and ran me, fucked up my back and destroyed my car, and had to capitulate what little money I had left to get to doctors and PT following the accident, Now I'm fucked and desperately looking for work behind months on rent and now nobody wants to hire and my backs so fucked up I can only work some WFH job if I'm lucky enough to get it because I'm gonna have to lie through my teeth about education and experiences to get that job.

Don't be a dick in public and make everyone uncomfortable by trying to get them to give you their money. No one has very much of it these days.
Stealing is legitimately more honorable.
