34 here. Its the same as your 20s. If youre unhappy now youll probably be unhappy in the future. Its hard to make life changes as you get older, so i suggest you make them now. Also fix your diet if you havent already.

When I turned 30 I got a gf. I moved in with her. I got married to her at age 32. We bought a house together when I was 33. Then we had our first baby when I was 35. My second and probably last baby is due in a few weeks. 40s will be all about family and will probably be the best part of my life yet, I think it will be tough to beat.

Its pretty much over by the time you hit 30. You are physically and mentally in decline.
On the bright side though, you literally dont feel emotions as strongly as you did as a teen or early 20s. So the crushing pain of being in my 30s doesnt actually bother me that much. I guess there is less pressure you put on yourself too. Like I didnt make my dreams come true but I can still enjoy myself while im alive.
