Judge dismissed SEC’s motion to strike down Ripples fair notice defense. Which means Ripple is allowed to present their fair notice defense. Which very likely means the judge will either rule in favor of ripple or allow for some kind of small penalty to Ripple if it doesn’t settle first. It’s looking pretty good. I’d load up under a $1 if I wasn’t already over invested.

The SEC almost definitely has internal e-mails where their own analysis of XRP determined it was not a security, and the judge has ordered them to turn these documents over to the court. It's a literal slam dunk of a defense for Ripple, if you can't accept an investment opportunity of this magnitude right in front of you, then you don't deserve the fat returns it will offer.
