210 to 286 lol. Been on a diet and exercising for a month now and currently 264. By late June I should be back to my pre covid weight. Although I need to go back down to 160 to see my abs again lol. Have to dedicate this entire year to get back to top physical shape which is not bad considering I fucking ate like shit and was a lazy fuck for 2 years straight.

I'm 5' 10". I went from 165 to 185. Stayed with my folks during the pandemic and ate too many home cooked meals.

I'm back down to 165 because I run 20+ miles a week and moved back to the city where I overwork and skip meals. This woman is fucking cringey.

If I find a wife that cooks for me all bets are off.

I got binge eating disorder so yeah. I was 300lbs when I was 16 but I lost 160lbs during my senior year of highschool. I bulked up in college and stayed around 180-190lbs. Got depressed my junior year and stopped going to the gym and got lazy with my diet. 2 years later covid hit and the fucking flood gates opened.

I actually did gain 23 lbs. I am a lazy piece of shit and the only thing saving me was riding my bicycle to work every day.

I got an eating disorder man. I'm still busting my ass doing an hour of cardio 5 days a week and a 6 day split on keto to get back to normal again.
