JP desperately trying to pump their bags lel. They're a company they can just write it off as a loss for taxes. Maybe it's really Rick Steves desperate for a pumpa

and if not? Exactly you retarded bagholder piece of shit.

This tbqh. Ripple's entire "argument" seems to be "but what about ethereum" as if someone else breaking the law makes their own legal activity okay. They have been successful at stalling and drawing it out but the facts and the law are on the SECs side. Ripple offered the public an investment of money into a common enterprise with an expectation of profit derived from the work of others. It's a security plain and simple.

Centralized crap

I know a lawyer on the suit
Ripple is not losing

Why would their equity desk be talking about xrp? Makes no sense.

It's not up to the lawyers, retard.

I've been telling you guys for years, and the conclusion is now within sight. Nobody listens to insiders here, not my problem if you miss this one.

why even tell these retards? let them be poor

Clearly you havent paid attention since all that is claimed about ripple is false but true for ethereum, so no, you are wrong,.

How was XRP not sold as a security with promises of return on investment. Please tell me. Don't mention any other projects.

No rule existed at the time of sale classifying it as a security, and SEC officials were on record at the time stating it was not one.

to prove horses won't drink

>They have been successful at stalling and drawing it out but the facts and the law are on the SECs side

Drinking on a weeknight again, huh buddy? Every single delay and stall has been from the SEC, because like all federal agencies, they are comprised to a man by egotistical midwits that would rather drag things out as long as possible even if they know they will lose. Its gotten to the point that the judge assigned to the case has started throwing out the SEC's appeals for extra time. Also;

>Ripple Labs offers their proprietary token for sale
>Like any sort of product, it may or may not increase in value, especially as more people decide they like the tech it runs on
>SEC is asked if its a security
>"We do not believe XRP to be a security"
>SEC proceeds to waste as much time as possible before they are pinned down legally and Gary Ginsler has to say under oath:
>We do not believe XRP to be a security, your honor

Even if it goes well with the SEC. XRP will never ever ever be above $1. Stable coin.

JPM owns ethereum how do you think they got their 500bn in cash? Theyve been milking retail with gas fee's for years and the reason why Eth is late on PoS.
