I recently did just this and downloaded a bluetooth scanner. I was at work and there were a lot of people around me and it detected 45 devices, most of which it could not identify (unlike when it sees a bluetooth speaker ora watch or whatever and recognises them). I'm not one to believe any old crap but honestly, try it yourself. I'm not vaxxed nor is my partner and the other day we ran it and detected zero devices when we were outside away from any buildings or people. It really is weird. I was using the DIscover bluetooth scanner app on android which is free.
