Hey business guys, I’m the same Op you guys told to kill himself. I have just received an official estimation of the land that I legally own in Greece worth. It’s worth between 380 000 euros and 420 000 euros.
Ill say my story again. I’m 19, I have a part time job (20 hours a week), i make 500$ a week. I have an Audi A4 2004 that my parents gave me (oil and gas expensive). I should finish schooling in 9 months. I have 2k in my checking account. Another 10k in investments accounts. I am not sociable. I only have 3 friends who I see once every two months. I’ve never been really successful with women. I go to Greece once a year, I barely speak Greece. Should I sell this or not? It’s in freaking euros! The oxytocin in my brain thinking if that money in my bank account that I got for free. The land is composed of 500 olive trees with fig trees, they’re all in amazing condition with water things and stuff. Please advise me rn. Pic unrelated.
Advice please SERIOUS
Drop whatever tranny dance course your going to do in college dab out of any student debt and go be a comfy olive farmer with a trad loyal wife you've hit the jackpot don't fuck it up chasing the shitty American dream when you've living an actual dream
Don't sell it retard. Drop out and live on your fucking land.
What I would do in your situation is to not sell the Land. They don't make more of it an you have a nice one.
If you build a nice prooerty, this could be a super asset that brings you income while you live your life.
I would Setup a system where someone manages the location and the olive oil if you dont want to live in it.
The land might be worth much, much more in a few years I think.
Don't do anything with the land until you are 35. Your brain isn't able to do long-term financial strategy at 19. There is a 100% chance the land will be worth more by then so you aren't risking anything by waiting and see how your life goes.
Another reason that you should have your inheritance in a trust with that stipulation for your kids.
You could start your own business selling olive oil AND SEPERATELY setting up an air bnb making at least 2k a month. You could make that money in 10 - 15 years. Also you're 19 years old... DO NOT THINK YOU HAVE LIFE FIGURED OUT. You'll end up regretting selling this land because you'll come to appreciate it the older you get. Also selling FUCKING LAND for FUCKING FIAT is STUPID AS FUCK RIGHT NOW. You know we're about to hit a world wide depression, right? Land is the most valuable asset you could own...
Go buy as much Gamestop stock on Fidelity in an hour at whatever price it is. hold it until it reaches 8 digits ($10,000,000+) and until it moons, keep on living life the way you are. or go get a job as a bartender/ barback this spring/summer
Matter of fact let me do it I'll live on the land sell the olives and work as a host/property manager to put money in your pocket I'm a landlord in the US it really is that easy to just collect rent off your land
There is no where to live on the land, it’s purely a farm. I have a house close to there but that seperate land
Αν είσαι άσπρος καλλιέργησε τπ, αν όχι πουλά το
Land will ALWAYS be valuable
Why are you asking here ?
We already told you :
-You're either smart & wise enough to keep it and make it a true paradise.
-You're too dumb & insecure and you need to make life costly mistakes to learn your lessons : you sell it to someone way smarter than you.
Also you're telling "freaking euros"
Euros has been dumping like shit correlated to USD, CHF, YUAN. And it will dump long term.
You're basically paid in early Argentin pesos.
Enjoy your life loss
Dont do itbut by the looks of it you just want the money to CONSOOOM like a fine burger you are
Rent it out to olive farmers and your future self will thank you that you didnt sell the land for worthless fiat that will be gone in a year for a small cuckshed
If housing isnt far off from there chances are good you can build there something in the future, ive seen enough land in greece that is in the middle of nowhere and youre allowed to build on it
kill yourself faggot
>is given a massively undervalued asset that generates food/assets/cash flow
>wants to sell it
Jfc user heres an idea on valuation for you. Figure out how much MONEY the olives and fig trees generate you each year. A reasonable valuation might be 5-15x on that YEARLY cash flow.
For extra credit, think about how much more money you could make if you
Go all organic
Go direct to US consumer
Set up an eco resort
This. OP you fucking retard go do this you dumb gorilla or you will live with regret for the rest of your days. Listen to this man. Make money off the land.
Alternatively like someone else said rent it out for a couple years to olive farmers/whoever, set this money aside and then you can start a BnB, your own tree farm or whatever the fuck. You have literally been given all the tools you need to succeed don't fuck this up. Millions would kill for a set up like this, and you got.it handed on a silver plate, DONT FUCK IT UP MALAKAS
Don't waste your time. He's either too stubborn or trolling.
>selling land
>ever
NGMI
What do you need 400k€ for?
You are only allowed to sell it if you're going to buy land or a house elsewhere.
Otherwise lease the land to someone who is going to use it for farming.
And don't be a greedy new, find someone who wants to take care of the land and can still turn a profit himself with it.
Then you have some nice cashflow and no worries about huge sums of money or business, a lot better at 19 with other shit to figure out.
>I’m the same Op you guys told to kill himself.
i dont know who these anons are but i tend to agree with them
This
>Find a good farmer to take care of your land and improve your business skills at the same time
>Learn to sell products and learn the business
>Get paid by your own land / products
>Farmer keep the land in perfect shape
>You still own it and you learned life lessons
>Your land grows in value
>The day you start to hate fucking gays in america you go back to your land and you live the dream. And you pay 0 for it.
Or you could dump it for useless fiat and get fucked by gays on aderall your choice
This. OP don't fuck this up.
If you have to ask if you should sell your inheritance that can bring you cash flow, you won't know what to do with the money if you do sell it.
If you keep the land, you will have a foundation for wealth. If you sell the land you will be temporarily flush with cash, but that will be temporary. People who don't require immediate gratification fare better in the long run.
you still haven't killed yourself you niggertranny ?
Don't trade assets for cash. Trade cash for assets. If you sell you owe taxes. If you really think you need cash, take out a small loan on the property, but make sure you can pay it off out of the cash flow generated from the land.
There's all kinds of shit advice on this board, but everyone itt is being straight with you.
You don't have to have everything figured out right now. You just have to not fuck this up. Do nothing for now.
Some serious balanced advice. The land likely won't go up in value significantly because of its nature, potential for crops, or location. But it likely won't depreciate either. Here's what I'd do at your age:
1) Find a local farmer to rent the land - this is an easy option, no cost to you, and will produce stready albeit low income,
2) Find some pajeets on Fiverr to build you a website, portion your land into parcels, and rent rights to it for 'carbon offsetting'. Pay a lawyer a small sum to draw up a covenant that you won't cut down or sell the trees etc.
3) Get planning permission for a small portion of the land and sell that plot only for some working capital, or build and move into the house and live comfy like other anons said.
Don't sell the land OP. You're young, it's expected you'll have no money. I had way less than 2k at your age, had a great time, and now a decade later I could afford not to work for some years if I wanted to.
You'll always have the value of that land in your pocket. You could even borrow against it if you wanted to take the usury path and needed some cash flow. But I guarantee, at your age even with the best intentions, if you sell that land you will burn through the cash. I would have anyway.
Think on it carefully.
dont fucking sell land, ever.
