This is exactly how I want to live. It financially makes the most sense. What are the pros and cons of living a more expensive life style (for example, a better condo, a luxury vehicle, etc)

Also related to this post, my goal is to live like pic rel but be a multi-millionaire and have a family and a wife. The issue is that no woman would be content or agree to live a simple life like pic rel.

The question is, if I want a family, will I have to live a more luxury lifestyle in order to get a woman?

The benefit of living in a better house is not getting stabbed by one of the feral mutts that live next to you and you can invite people over more easily due to a bigger living space. The downside is you can't invest as much money into bitcoin. It's a question of if you're willing to trade quality of life and general safety for money.

I want to buy old shit made of wood and metal, the kind of thing females hate. They like bright, white, modern furniture and blocky, soulless, mass produced, convenient architecture and color schemes.

You can live in a small, simple house but not live in the hood ya know.

Yeah it's ok to live in a million dollar condo on the beach. But i'd rather live in a little shed/barn in maine.

Not for cheap if you want to live in a good area. Your best bet there is living in a tiny house but even then a tiny house community that is all white in a decent area is still wildly expensive. Simple living is a luxury now.

I'd live like that. It'd be a cinch to clean.

do we have pics of this bitches titties yet?

he obviously just moved in lol
maybe a nicer chair and a tv stand but minimalistic is ideal. dont block the view of the beach.

>carpeted floor
i agree it's gross

The only pro of buying expensive shit is social value and impressing holes. The con is literally everything else

no you definitely need a couch to sleep on

All I need is a desk and comfy office chair. I don't even need a bed.

I've got two of those foldup chairs. Super comfy once they're worked in and reinforced with a little duct tape.

Even /ourmutt/ wants to make life difficult for minimalist chads like myself

>No ashtray next to the chair
fake

So... Who care? What does it have to do with men? She is just posting fucking bait. Bitch knows how to social media.

I don't like the idea of living in such a large, heavy building built on sand so close to the beach, and also the potential hurricane damage

user... you don't actually get social value from this. Envious people just assume people with expensive things are liked more by other people.

I want to live in a giant, 2-storey terrarium
