Made a thread before regarding chicago real estate and how it doesn’t seem to be affected by inflation that much.

People come in saying it’s cause dangerous niggers and shit. But it seemed too near sighted. Chicago seems to be developing really well (not Detroit teir) and is expanding. There’s no way that eventually this bang bang hoot hoot nigger bullshit will continue will it? They say buy when blood is on the streets and the blood seems to be slowing but idk. Can someone fud me out of some of these houses? Might be the last chance for a zoom zoom like me to buy a house.

Lots of immigrants from all over the world in Chicago, but cook county has a negative growth for years. More people leaving than coming. At least that's how it was before the coronahoax, check the statistics.

Weather is shit but people are somewhat OK since there's a lot of midwesterners (germanics) in the area, they obviously segregate but when you do run into them they seem more friendly compared to anglo east coasters or californian snobs.

Whatever happened with the crime in LA, Miami, NY, all the other big cities in which housing hyperinflated, will happen to Chicago in a little is what I'm saying. Does anyone know? Dude the whole south side is black, that's why prices are cheap there. Anyway white neighborhoods in Chicago proper, like near the stadiums, Lakeview for example, did not even drop much in price during 2009 crash. People are just not selling those even during crashes so prices remained rather stable, meanwhile other neighborhoods dropped like 90% in price.

Okay but with everyone crying about housing prices this seems like the path of least resistance esp. when jobs for white collar workers are in the heart of city and middle class white families are getting priced out of housing everywhere else. You don't think eventually white middle class will kind of move the niggers out by path of least resistance? Start with the cheaper housing kind of on the border of the good chicago vs the bad and slowly integrate your way out to the bad till the bad areas are all just good non-niggers.

You're missing a key difference here.

LA and Miami have been booming and gaining people for years. NYC is an entire region at this point. Chicago and Cook County are bleeding people. You need a reversal on population movement before any gentrification can occur. Are you confident Chicago is going to turn around and become a "new" city?

Taxes are extremely high in Cook County, they even have 10% entertainment tax. All digital games and entertainment subscriptions cost more there. OP is a moron, possibly a nigger himself.

gas prices are skyrocketing. Nobodies gonna want to drive to work. Suburbs are pricing people out left and right. For new grad white collar people, near city areas like the homes I listed (yes possibly south side) is the path of least resistance.
