MAYBE a 50 year old condo.
t. Denver
Here's one from my city
Better than that, but still not great
>t. "nice" Michigan surburban area
let me guess your city is 75%+ black
What kind of lot is it on, user? There are a few places like this in Texas but they were all on multi-acre lots when I was looking.
why buy a house when all it takes is a bunch of niggers moving in to ruin your home value
and you better believe the government is working on free gibsmedat plans for niggers to live in your area
Nothing, the median sales price here is like 600k
NoVA
There are some places in Canada where $300k gets you a 20 year old mobile home on a leased pad in a mobile home park. Some fucks actually want you to pay $100k more than brand-new price for a mobile home for the priviledge of leasing the pad it is on.
This is typical in mid-range Ohio suburbs too
It's about 10% black but that's a technicality. We have a university with some diversity admissions living on campus and they get counted during the census.
We are also in a different county from St. Louis and East St. Louis so the blacks can't get here by bus.
The lot is 7200 sq ft. Tbh the trailer is nice
Got a 3b/3b 2k sqft rowhouse in the middle of Baltimore for just shy of 300k. It's next to a high crime area so that's definitely why it was so cheap, but I WFH and play vidya so I barely notice.
Holy shit. Whats up Edwardsville bro. Collinsville Chad checking in
It's going to vary a lot depending on where you are in the state, but if you're not in Dallas then pic related isn't too far out of line.
I found a log cabin in Bonham (~30min north of this house) that was 225k for 840sq/ft but on a 2.5 acre lot. Lot seemed mostly featureless but you can do a lot with 2.5 acres.
Been looking at the surrounding areas which are nice mountain towns. But the city itself is way overpriced.
Really nice neighborhood, right by the beach, in a "high COL" area. There's tons of properties everywhere, the housing crisis is such a meme.
Heres your paradise, bro.
Jesus christ the comparison between these two
why
Biden's economy.
Asheville is a known vacation/retirement town so the cost of living in the nice areas is super high. Allegedly the locals are mostly losers according to my friend that lives there.
this has to be a condo or have a stinky HOA, right? That's really nice otherwise
and some retard will pay it because every trailer park has a years long backlog to build
I mean it looks like dogshit but that's actually a pretty good sized house in Miami for the cost, no?
You're kidding right? Don't ever (you) me again retard
>listed for almost three years
Someone is asking for way too much, kek
Hola fellow nc user I’m bout to get the fuck out it’s becoming pricy as fuck here people are buying homes where I’m at for 400-500k 2 years ago and selling them now for like 700k-800k once all the Apple and Amazon shit is built people are going to be flocking here like crazy moreso than they already are. And it’s always been on the cusp but then it will be come full pozzed.
I’m planning on going west somewhere. Not sure yet still researching
it's a HOA with a monthly fee of $650, which IMO is definitely worth it, keeps the nogs out.
>paying nearly 8k a year to have people tell you what you can't do to your property
yeah I'll make peace with the nogs
Look at the windows
Very nice
