Housing in your country
Thats actually very based
Theres no way i pay 300k and still have to see my stupid neighbors face every fucking morning
do those corridors actually go anywhere?
kek
No idea how good you have it lol. In any decent Canadian city equivalents to these would be like 750k.
>that one asshole who decides to plant a tree and gets his leaves in your yard and also gets an outdoor cat that shits in your yard
I just can’t anymore
That would cost a mil in california, kek
Looks fine to me. Probably able to resist a huriicane as well, unlike some plywood constructions we see elsewhere
That's significantly more backyard space than new houses in Australia have. You see Australians are allgeric to houses have two stories, so instead of having a 300m2 block with a 2 story home with a 125m2 land footprint, they just decide to build a 250m2 house that takes up basically the entire block. They're basically living in oversized townhouses with no backyards, except that there's wasted deadspace between all the houses and with none of the benefits of living in townhouses like cheaper utilities and maintenance. So you ask why they're not townhouses? Well It's because Australians re also allergic to body-corporate and will pay hand over fist to buy a single title home that they spend exorbitant amounts of money maintaining because the idea of paying body corporate to do your maintenance is offensive to our sensibilities. Make no mistake, these houses will NEVER be a nice place to live. They are completely car dependent, they are often in undesirable geographic locations because all the good areas in cities have already been developed and this is the bottom of the barrel and to top it off there is no way they will ever have a good urban tree canopy that it is emblematic of a good mature suburb because the block sizes are far too small for backyard trees, and the frontyard also too small (and often has cars parked on it because there's too many cars for such small houses and streets, but everyone needs cars because they're car dependent) for trees. A low security prison is a preferable experience to a modern Australian suburb, but people are still paying anywhere from 500k - 1 mil depending on the city for such an existence.
Lisbon is out of control right now....€1.5m for our 190sqm apartment.
Yeah I'd only consider living there if I make it. Because fuck working in Lisbon, traffic is shitty in the morning, public transportation is not reliable. Thing is prices are rising even in the smaller cities
