Takes at least 5 years for truffle trees to be ready for harvest, and yield in the first year can verge on non-existent. You’ll mostly be looking to supplement your cash flows by growing other crops or trees on the land initially, until the trees you’ve inoculated are ready. Truffles are also very sensitive to growing conditions, things like weeds, pests, or poor water management can devastate your yield. They also don’t all ripen at the same time, so a lot of variability.
You don’t use pigs because they eat the truffles, you’d want a trained truffle sniffing dog.

Funny thing, its not a meme at all, shrimps are one of the most food efficient animals out there, from 1.3kg food you get 1kg shrimps
There is a munich startup that farms shrimps on a multi level indoor facility and i think it will increase

Based beyond relief and reproach. The question is how do I sell my shrimp? Would I have to go to restaurants and undercut the local restaurant depots? Would I just contact a shrimp distributor who would package/ship them? I feel like that would lose a lot of money.

At the moment the startup sells their shrimps for more than conventional shrimps as the approach currently is more expensive than some chinks farming shrimps on an old rice fields, the market them as higher quality and german shrimps as their water and food is completly controlled and free of any harmfull substances, i think for high cuisine and richer consumer thats a good strategy
