Great article about Avalanche Vs Polkadot Vs Cosmos modular architecture

Main takeaways:
>Cosmos IBC has the advantage in inter-chain communication at the moment
>Polkadot is different from both by guaranteed the same security across all parachains, meaning the parachain doesn't take its own responsibility for securing itself
>Avalanche has the long term advantage of decentralisation, inclusivity and fast finality across subnets thanks to novel consensus algo, as well as unique overlapping network of validators model that provide more secure inter-chain communication and singular point of maximum decentralisation (the primary network) that could be used for L2s or low-medium load highly important operations

So which is the best buy right now?

Cardano

Avalanche > Cosmos > Pedodot

>Polkadot
is that the pedo chain?

Meanwhile chainweb
Same level of security on every chain, can scale to 10k or 100k chains.

Yet retards still talk about muh cosmos muh pedo muh aVAX

>POW
Cringe

>scalable
>cringe

>>POW
>Cringe
POW is cringe? and what's a better alternative, POS? Fucking hell, imagine not realizing that whoever is a land owner early gets to be a land owner forever in POS... because they as a class can refuse to sell the land. it's a pay-to-play reputation engine which favors the richest stakers. There is no way to force stakers to give up control over the network. If the early holders decide to keep 51%, they can do so.

>yeah lets give up everything about crypto so we use a little less electricity while fixing NOTHING
PoS fixes absolutely nothing, it just has dozens of disadvantages with the only """"positive"""" thing being the fact that it doesn't consume a lot of energy

Cosmos has Terra that has the fastest-growing ecosystem

T. Brainlet

pos coins will be securities and immensenly appreciate in value

PoS coins will get regulated out of existence. Ask me why.

>what's a better alternative
if you can make a POW consensus without miner cartels, please do

PoW really is cringe outside of bitcoin though

bro you are retarded. Stock owners never have to sell their stocks. You still see that large owners get diluted over time. Bill gates owns like less than 2% of microsoft now etc.

Even the centralization of PoW is infinitely better than the centralization of PoS.
Listen, PoW isn't perfect, but it's the best thing we have made clear by the fact that every alternative is disastrously worse.

Best would be what monero has, but there are reasons why kda is asic, you might not agree with them but they are fair points.
One good thing would be if this were to work streamable.com/b440f3 - Would be huge.

>Fucking hell, imagine not realizing that whoever is a land owner early gets to be a land owner forever in POS
Same applies to PoW you fucking retard. And no, Bitcoin does not "replace the global monetary system", it's just a massive waste of energy.

>Even the centralization of PoW is infinitely better than the centralization of PoS
I disagree because the miners act as mercenaries, extracting value without real incentive to improve anything besides the security they're paid for. It creates problems when an obvious improvement would cut miner profit. In pos it's in everyone's best interest it succeeds despite pos' other problems.
Monero and Kadena are better pow setups.

Bro you every just think of POS as "virtual POW".

Maybe the implementation of POS has been flawed but PoS is the absolute future and the only way to do this its not even debatable.

Owning a stock doesn't give you voting power over what's supposed to be a decentralized system, the comparison is retarded.
Owning a PoW coin doesn't give you voting power over what's supposed to be a decentralized system, the comparison is retarded.

You don't know what you're talking about.

>Owning a PoW coin doesn't give you voting power over what's supposed to be a decentralized system
Mining does, shit for brains.

>Mining does
Yes, owning coins does not.
Are you drunk?
