They will ban defi. You will not be able to move funds off an exchange unless it is to cash out. If you want to send crypto/money then you can only do so with other approved centralized exchanges.

All exchanges will have a new system that keeps track of all your trades and automatically calculates your profits/losses and what you owe in taxes and deducts the taxes from your funds after each trade.
