Do you understand how globalised trade works? In order to sell their fertiliser, wheat, oil and gas, Russia will have to find a buyer? That buyer will already have a supplier who will then be left with a surplus. That surplus will in turn be purchased by the US.
The only way Russia could drive up the prices over the long term would be to halt production all together, which they can't afford to do.
