Any lawyer anons here?

I got some finance questions that are business related
(No idea why but they prune my threads for zero reason lately)
I'm currently suing someone over a hit and run and today the police informed me they found the perp of course they didn't have insurance so I'll be suing my own.

My back is fucked and I got a feeling the lawyers/medical will absorb most of the money already, should I just settle and hire another lawyer for disability for my back?

I need to work badly even though I'm fucked up but I'm afraid if I work it will fuck up any claim I might have, also should I sue the apartment complex of the perp who hit me since I warned them multiple times to clean up their criminal element and they ignored it resulting in me getting injured and the person in their car died.

I feel like my lawyers fucking suck so I'm demoralized there but I'm sure there has to be some way to get disability for my back being a fucking question mark.
Picrel isn't my MRI but the damage is in the exact same spot, I gotta get my images I just have the paperwork explaining it.

Bump for views, god knows we need some more 1pbtid threads getting bumps.

Nice I remember your post they caught the driver?!? That's nuts

This forum is for discussing big booba crypto maskot girls and for venting out our frustration with blatant market manipulation done by (((them))).

I thought this was the official training board for Indian pickpockets.

Call the insurance and just play HARDBALL with them. Let them know, you'll take a cash payment now of 15k + medical expenses. Counter with your getting your lawyer involved and I guarantee they cash you out. Your lawyer will take 33% and it will take so much fucking longer. You'll get more, and they won't have to pay more going through a lawyer to pay you.

Would this actually work?!?
Cause the lawyers and medical are gonna take everything I know it, how the fuck would I even do this....
I really fucking need the money bad

I already hired lawyers, can I circumvent them and try to get my insurance to pay even though lawyers are already involved?

Please someone answer that last part, it's really dire cause if I can circumvent my lawyers and get 15k plus medical it would literally save my life I got 80 dollars left and I haven't even ate today and this lawsuit might take a year I don't know.
It's cut and dry though I got all the records camera evidence police figured out who drove the car etc not like this would be a hard thing to prove I've had to get medical treatment multiple times now since racking up god knows what.

Bump for broski

It’s gonna take like 6yrs
>Get back to work wagie hippy!

>muh herniated disc
holy shit faggot get a job you will be fine. literally EVERYONE over the age of 25 gets a herniated disc

Thanks for answering my question edge lords, why bother even responding.

Post more pics of back timestamped and your wallet address. If real, your gofundme just went live.

Heh well gonna be hard to timestamp my back also won't see a lot but I can show you the medical paperwork
I'll have to request the actual picture but I can timestamp that same page for you if you aren't messing with me.

Are you the same guy, I hope I'm not being baited, but I really did want to know should I continue with my lawyer or try to settle with my insurance and can I even do that?!?

Also I have osteoarthritis apparently and a small lesion/blood tumor but they said that isn't a big deal, but the arthritis ontop of the nerve damage is killing my legs and can't feel them I was figuring if I needed surgery I probably wouldn't be able to work much if at all for awhile.

I recommend going to a legal aid clinic or something similar. You’ll get reasonable legal advice and probably won’t have to pay. Alternative is running this by your lawyer and paying for worse than nothing.

You got c-chain set up on your MM? I’ll send to c-chain to avoid ridiculous gas if that works. Sorry if you know this already but lots of noobs around here probably don’t: convert to AVAX, send to Coinbase or other CEX for off ramp, bada bing bada boom.

Even if baiting it's alright, I really did just want to settle this and get it over with so I can go back to my normal life which has been flipped upside down by this wreck, if I could settle quickly I could at least not have the stress of that hanging over my back.

But I already initiated the lawyers so I have no idea if I can go around them to settle because I got a guy feeling the lawyers are using their medical team to ramrod any payment I might get by doing unnecessary treatments which they have already injected me 3x and didn't help now wanting to burn nerves in my neck which all seems un needed.
As much as I would love a hand up the real purpose I made this thread is for legitimate advice.

Not really sure it's just a coinbase usdc wallet, is it costing more fee's on your end?
I'm a bit a noob to off ramps and stuff lol

Unironically go to reddit for shit like that.

I understand. Your insurer should be able to talk to you even though you have counsel. But if their counsel gets involved, s/he’ll have to talk to your counsel and get consent to talk to you, and you’ll get billed for that unless you have a flat fee agreement. But I recommend going to a legal clinic that can offer your more specific advice than this. I don’t do disability.

Oh okay that works too. Can’t send USDC from c-chain to Coinbase yet, so I’ll send AVAX and you can just sell it to cash or whatever. Give me a minute.

Okay I will do that, I didn't wanna ask my lawyers for that reason plus I don't think they would want me to circumvent them hah, I appreciate the help I'll ask around for sure and look up legal clinic.

You're probably right in that aspect I really hate reddit and would have to setup an account but probably will although the user above gave me some good advice didn't even know there was such a thing I just assumed you gotta hire lawyers to get answers to that kinda stuff, it's a jumbled mess I'm dealing with sorry lol

Do I need to make a different address since that is a "usdc" coinbase wallet?
Although fairly sure it's just an eth wallet cause clearly I had eth on there awhile ago.
And thank you so much dude you're helping me out a ton, I'm shocked I'm not freaking out but losing everything has just made me realize I gotta start trying harder and stop giving up so much, it's been a weird 4 months since all this happened.

Yeah it should be fine. Just sent it. I hope things improve and I’m happy to be able to help.

I love you brother, I mean it just giving me advice and even responding is all I was looking for, I don't even know what to say, Thank you for being a beacon of light during a very dark and trying time in my life, I know people are good but sometimes it's easy to forgot that.

I love you brother and god bless you I mean it and I'll call for legal clinics first thing in the morning.

You're fucking amazing dude!
I really didn't make this thread looking for a hand up but you just helped me out a lot more than you realize, god bless you again I hope you and your family stay safe and nothing but good things come to you I mean it.
