You all have the opportunity to be actual Russian Oligarchs soon and buy these dips. Other major companies also down 90+%

Is it this easy to become an oligarch or is buying Russia a trap?

how do you even buy

was 7 bucks when I first saw it...now back above 11

I have to wait 1 week till my account get validated :(

>You all have the opportunity
No we don't. Most exchanges halted trading on Russian stock.

The bigger brokers seem to work.

Wealthsimple, questrade, and rbc direct investing all dont allow it. Looks like leafs are out of luck.

Isn't it down because you can't buy it anymore

I see it on Fidelity...havent tried to buy yet, wondering if I would get a denial message or something

I just tried e-trade and got a denial message

it worked for me, slurped up a couple dozen shares today, going to slurp again tm

Anyone tried buying on HL?

>using HL in current year

this stock trades only in MOEX. ADR is a option to trade on foreign exchanges. To create a adr you must buy a real stock. Now all non resident holders cant buy or sell them.

does tda let you trade russian stocks

It's when Gazprom asks a bank in the US to issue shares that are agreed to equal shares on the moscow exchange. In this case, 1 share of OGZPY equals 2 shares on the moscow exchange.

You know full and well some kike in Great Britain is buying up all the volume as ETFs are forced to dump their ADRs.

I called all of the direct market access brokers in the USA and none of them let you open positions -- but someone is obviously on the other side of all the trades, there was some volume today.

Just called my female broker from Charles Schwab as well. Apparently they don't have access to Gazprom listed on the London Exchange.

You have to speak to direct market access brokers.

Ah, the western "free market" economy at work.
