WHERE CAN I BUY GAZPROM?!
Etrade and Interactive Brokers are not allowing me to buy Gazprom ADR, but these prices are crazy cheap.
They are pulling a robinhood, only allowed to sell, so the price is artificially way too low, which broker still allows to buy?

OGZPY seems to be the proper one desu, i see it on etrade too (they dont allow me to buy though).
That price on the british adr (GAZPQ.L) is weird, it says it went down to 2 cents, maybe theres something specific that's fucked about that one

I would wait this out a little. Imagine Putler nationalizes these companies and you get nothing. When the situation stabilizes is a better time to buy, even if you couldn't get in for bottom dollar.
