If you do have the credentials you claim to have then you should have a ledger with Fido or a yubikey, either can be your identity anchors and recovery or both of you have a passphrased ledger

I literally got my ledger 40 hours ago. My 48 hour wallet whitelist is nearly up and all my coins will be going cold. So when I get to the point where it wants a key - I tried plugging in my ledger but nothing happened. So it sounds like I need to install an app called "Fido" or yubikey, and then it will function? Do I have this right?
