It's annual performance review time

Post those raises and bonuses. I just got top marks, a whopping 6% salary increase here. Gonna buy everyone a round at the bar with my newfound riches.

1000$ to 1200$

OH MY GOD IM GONNA COOOOOOOM

Got promoted. 24% base salary increase plus chance to make another 8% in bonus. Doenside is I now have to teach retards how to do my job.

Is that biweekly? 20% is nice
Sweet, congrats. Mine said I'd potentially be up for promotion next year, which would be faster than I expected (3 years; 5 seems the norm). Similar concern though, I enjoy the lower stress of the current job.

I’ve outperformed most ppl on my team and my boss wouldnt even given me a COL adjustment let alone a raise. Safe to say im job hunting rn. Garb company, has everyone begging for scraps and brownnosing to the execs. Standard corporate bs

always wanted to do a fresco

I'm unemployed.
Only raise I'll be getting is me raising the rope around the tree.

I don't find out about mine until next month but expecting minimum 10% raise and at least a $1,000 bonus.

It could be worse user, you could have a job.

Least I'd have money ;(

went from £42000 to £52000 over the past 12mo so i'm not unhappy will get a £5000 bonus at the start of the new FY. I only WFH and really do like 3 hours or so a day an a couple meetings, would be shit if it wasn't a WFH job though

I think HR will explode when I ask for a 30% pay increase.

This is amazing, I'll make sure to put in a good word to the supervisor

I got about 10%. I'm Indian wagie dreaming of Ukrainian waifu

>he turns in the work and claims its his own

Switched jobs. Government job now. Went from 60K USD to 82K USD, and now only work 36 hours a week versus 40 hours a week. Still going to work 40 hours so I can have 10 weeks of paid vacation a year.

I don’t believe in this economic exchange of services user. Way too much work for not enough reward. You could say I’m waiting this one out. I’m no king, I’m no queen, but I’m sure as hell not a pawn.

I went from 155k to 199k last December. My manager personally saw to it that I get that much because people on my team kept leaving.

Once got a yearly bonus for $100.
It was a low level wagie job and I had the best wagie metrics of everyone. Fuck the wage cage.

Yep they’ll toss you in with serious offenders to. But I will say it adds value into ones life. It’s almost like the recovered felons can almost smell the respect you’re trying to uphold in the workplace.

I don't have a job

Mine comes based on how long I spent with the company. I joined in summer so summer will be my annual raise. Gonna be 3%+ but prices are rising faster.
