Personal comment: In the light of recent news of SWIFT cutting out Russia, there’s been several comments of the situation “benefitting XRP”. These comments, besides being revolting and tasteless by many lengths, is largely based on ignorance and lack of understanding. 1/4

There are “shills” in the crypto community solely reacting to keywords, rather than facts, and in this case, are careless about the situation and completely disconnected from reality. Mind who you listen to. 2/4

While no one can ban anyone from using decentralised blockchains directly, any solutions built on top to move FIAT cross borders, is not! FIAT has to turn into crypto in the sending end, and back to FIAT in the receiving end. 3/4

These on and off ramps (exchanges) are heavily regulated and many have even been proactive in monitoring UA/RU based traffic, since the invasion started. Don’t think for a second that blockchains are an easy alternative to SWIFT for moving FIAT. 4/4

Translation: You have connected the dots too well and now we're running damage control so we don't get accused of insider trading

xrp is just another 100% centralized american owned network
nobody wants to invest in it,
nobody wants to use it

xrp already proved it can freeze accounts at will, why would anybody take risks on a network controlled by a single entity with window dressing decentralization?

HAHA THE CREATPR OF XRP EVEN DEVUKNED THE SWIFT SHIT. HAHA

xrp bagholders are the dumbest lowest iq subset of biz i've ever seen

Yeah, thats why xrp will get regulations before the price can surge, because all fiat will have its CBDC counterpart, making it possible to use XRP as a international fiat transfer system. Its almost like people understand what schizos are talking about, they just cant see yet!

He still have not given any argument why XRP couldn't be used. Except for the heavy regulation part. Which makes me even more confident in my investments of buying XRP. Because last time I checked SWIFT was also heavy regulated.
Because of muh Russia there will probably be even more regulations concerning Crypto.
But he's right because XLM will be used for things like these.
XRP will be used for other things.
Just one XRP or XLM is needed for 100K transactions.
>The current minimum transaction cost required by the network for a standard transaction is 0.00001 XRP (10 drops).
>Yes, the XRP Ledger was built specifically to be able to tokenize arbitrary assets, such as USD, EUR, Oil, Gold, reward points, and more.
