When did you realize all crypto was a scam?

When did you realize all crypto was a scam?

i dont understand how this is possible, seems like bullshit

People were paying with illegitimate bitcoin obviously

what does this even mean? You can't just make fake bitcoins lol...

Now post the percent of fraudulent transactions using dollars.

you can. there are hundreds of unclaimed bitcoins on the blockchain, you just need to find them

How is it illegitimate? Read the article and he mentions it's 50% fraudulent transactions with bitcoin. Doesnt make sense how unless they just didn't pay which they should have checked the transaction before giving the games.

He probably means the bitcoin came from blacklisted wallets with a high likelihood of them being stolen in hacks etc.

Can't see any other explanation

Why would someone say something so stupid and unbelievable?

What does that even mean? It's odd because obviously GabeN is pretty clever and his company knows what they're doing but this sounds seriously retarded and wrong.

It is far simpler and far easier and far more common for people to just use stolen credit cards. Paypal used to be (and still is to some extenet) notorious for massive amounts of chargebacks.

>man who already has billions of dollars not very keen on bitcoin

>his company knows what they're doing
Ask me how I can tell you're a youngfag.

Imagine believing this nonsense and thinking posting it here is some kind of own. More proof leftism is a mind virus that prevents them from learning anything new. The world and tech is moving forward and they are receding into the distant past. Good riddance.

>release shitty meme game, sell one of those shitty steam tcg cards or some shitty cosmetic "item" on steam market
>buy it yourself with your crypto gains while avoiding taxes
>receive washed money

>2022
>not duping your bitcoins
What have you guys been doing all this time?

La creatura...dios mio...

They used blacklisted addresses, thus the coins were unsellable and Steam got screwed. It was a big deal at the time, google it.

>They used blacklisted addresses
you are telling me there is a list of these addresses and they didnt add them to a do not accept list on their end? Do they also take money from terrorist org bank accounts? Sounds like utter retardation.

You're just a jerk who makes bogus claims. Crypto is here to stay, and there isn't much you can do about it, I guess you're a stock exchange agent. I've been in crypto for a long time and have noticed that it reacts to the law of supply and demand. I usually buy when the market is in the red so that I can profit from the subsequent market surge. I recently purchased some promising small-cap stocks such as PKR, MPL, and TOWER. You're a scumbag, not a crypto expert.

>MY JEWISH BANKER -- SORRY, I MEAN CRYPTO ADVISOR SAID THESE BITCORNS WERE USED IN ILLICIT ACTIVITIES AND NOW THEY'RE WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!

Fuck off mate, I make cryptopayment using Utrust for Almost 2 years now, its better than paying with your sick fiat

Faggot like OP, FUD crypto but might later FOMO in at the ATH then when it dumbs he will feel its a scam
I use utrust too, the transaction fee is way more cheaper than paypal

Checked.
Pic related.
They are a multi-billion dollar company all without going public. They are extremely competent. I know the early days were terrible, with the never ending issues with friends and chat, and their Soon™ delays and all that, but they built an empire and now they just rake in money. This is not the doings of an incompetent company.

I've never even heard of "blacklisted addresses".

Did you mean wallets?
Because I've never even heard of "blacklisted wallets" either.
This story is horseshit.

>Multimilliondollar company complains that money with which transactions are supposed to be paid is false (whatever that means)
>Leftism bad

Attached: 1632027370232.png (485x433, 23.53K)

The only blacklisted wallets I've ever heard of are things like wallets connected to major hacks.
As if those would ever be buying Steam games.

It's a fake story. They're bullshitting.

they blacklist known bad goy wallets (darknet vendors, hackers, etc.) and any other wallets have interact with those bad goy wallets. it's a retarded cope, feelgood virtue signaling -- as if drug dealers, hackers, and pedophiles couldn't possibly buy steam games with "legitimate" cash.

Just think what would happen if they blacklisted all dollar bills that were ever involved in any kind of crime lmao

>Gabe Fucking Newell explains why they won't accept bitcoin
>He has absolutely no reason to deny crypto payments unless what he says is true
>He also knows a not-small portion of Steam users are fluent in crypto and would spend some of that crypto on steam
>Still won't accept crypto
>"FAKE STORY"
Do you normally post with a cock in your ass?

Bitcoins literally don't exist.
>Accept money from blacklisted wallets into your massive wallet.
>Cash out your bitcoins on an exchange
>No one can tell what came from the blacklisted wallet and what came from other wallets, just what came from your massive wallet.
Sounds like exchanges blocked valve for accepting from blacklisted wallets or valve did something dumb.
