I'm currently in between jobs, I'm waiting for it to be les cold outside lol. Not a fan of dealing with commuting in the snow.
When the temperature warms a little I think I'll pursue a position at a non-profit organization in my area, to see what working for one is like compared to my last jobs at a private company and working for the town.
