Just got off the phone with the regional manager. I'm expected to perform a smell check every time an employee uses the restroom. Is this legal? It wasnt in my contract and I've not been given a raise.

why is it so hard for people to be regular and shit off the clock? i've taken a shit at work maybe 3 times in 5 years, I always shit at home in the morning after my coffee and I never have to go again at work unless I'm sick or ate a bad burrito for lunch or something. obviously I piss at work like twice a day but that takes like 2 minutes max including handwashing.
people taking daily shits at work are clearly doing it to shirk their duties and get extra breaks and if they dont have medical accomodations due to IBS or whatever they should be disciplined.
