There will be no war because of Putin's supersonic weapons. NATO is doomed to slow extinction

There are 3 options for the development of events:
Option 1: war and sanctions, which were ready 2 months ago.
Option 2: an agreement with Russia on the surrender of NATO within the borders of the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact - moreover, according to their scenario: the quiet liquidation of NATO!
Finally, option 3: if the United States delays the implementation of options 1 and 2, then Russia will aggravate the situation with a public demonstration of the vulnerability of the US territory (a missile to Nevada is an option, but it may just be the threat of such a strike, the strike itself may be needed).
Putin will signal to the US in the next few weeks that he can no longer wait and move on to option 3.

A supersonic missile to the Nevada test site is the best option, as there will be no casualties. Yes, the Americans will screw up and force their government to withdraw NATO from the borders of the USSR - Russia's zone of influence. The United States itself does not have supersonic weapons. Supersonic weapons cannot be intercepted. One missile, no casualties, no war.

Ukraine is a distraction, red herring for the Americans so as not to frighten their own public; American politicians deliberately keep silent about this topic.

It's true. By hook or by crook, the Americans are trying to keep military operations outside their own territory. This time they won't succeed.

One missile, no casualties, no war - is for him the only option. The economy in this matter is in second place.

That is why the Americans have always tried in every possible way to avoid a war on their territory, even a threat to their own territory. This is exactly the button for Putin to achieve peace and the division of zones of influence on the basis of agreements after 1945.

Putin and Biden will have a telephone conversation on February 12

Americans might be retards, but the West has and always will own Russia.

A coordinated information attack is being carried out against Moscow in order to discredit the just demands of the Russian Federation on security guarantees.
The authorities of Western countries and the media colluded to escalate artificial tension around Ukraine.

You meant hypersonic weapons

>not gonna happen

>the West has and always will own Russia.
Not so fast, dumbass. Russia proudly annexed a piece of ancient German (Prussian) land, evicted all the Germans and called it Kaliningrad. Russia will NEVER return it, and there is nothing you can do about it.

The West will own Russia only until the moment when Russia closes the Central Bank and starts its own emission of money.

On June 28, 2015, the Washington Free Beacon published information about the development and testing in Russia of the Yu-71 hypersonic warhead (speed up to Mach 11).
The Kinzhal hypersonic anti-ship missile system, based on MIG-31K aircraft, has been put into experimental service since December 1, 2017.
In December 2019, the first regiment, armed with strategic missile systems with the Avangard hypersonic gliding winged warhead, took up combat duty.
A hypersonic anti-ship cruise missile "Zirkon" of NPO Mashinostroeniya is being tested.
Iskander OTRK missiles also reach Mach 6...

In September 2020, the United States officially admitted that it was behind Russia and China in the hypersonic race. The head of the US Strategic Command, Admiral Charles Richard, called 2020 a "turning point" in the development and deployment of a new type of weapon; The Pentagon has requested $2.6 billion from the US Congress for fiscal year 2020 to research and develop land, sea and air-based hypersonic weapons.
The US Army may receive a prototype of the Long-Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) complex only in fiscal year 2023, and the program is planned to be completed by fiscal year 2024.

Based

America also has supersonic weapons. They're called missiles. We even have this radical supersonic delivery technology called AIRPLANES.

Hey kids, glowie defense analyst here. If you'd like I can give you a reason why we have not given a shit about Russia's hypersonic missile systems for the entire decade they've existed.

1: Something going Mach 11 is extremely hard to aim. If you're going that fast, there's no way to "correct" your trajectory, and being off by even one second of one degree means, at max operating range, you're missing your target by several dozen miles. This is compounded if your target is moving, even a tiny bit.

2: Furthermore, hypersonic weapons are even more difficult to hit if the origin location has, you know, most of the earth between it and the target. Anything further than a hundred miles out, it has to follow the curvature of the earth (with that correction thing we mentioned in 1) or it starts gaining altitude and eventually escapes orbit. This would be improved if they were firing from a satellite, but it's unlikely they are doing so (for reasons I'll mention later).

3: In order for something to go that fast, which Mach 11 is what we call "really motherfuckin fast", It must be extremely extremely light. As in, even a very small nuclear payload is WAY too heavy. This is why the ones they test are usually penetration rounds for naval vessels. A piece of tungsten the size of a 5 gallon bucket going that fast is going to absolutely gut most small to medium sized ships.

4: Russia is poor. Very poor. Like almost Africa poor. They do not have the money to put hypersonic missiles into full production, PLUS all the infrastructure to fire them, PLUS enough training and tests to actually use them in combat, PLUS extra money on top of that to defend them.

5: AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, it provides them very very very little strategic advantage to sink medium-sized stationary ships, or slightly damage valuable infrastructure, especially for all the money it would require and risk they would put themselves in.

ukraine is one thing, but giving up on poland and the baltics is not gonna happen they are full eu members now, if brussels abandons them they'll lose all credibility they have left

those arguments become rather pointless if you aren't trying to sink ships but trying to nuke your opponents cities, a high atmosphere missile that doesn't care if its off by 10 miles could work
also the russian poverty argument means nothing they don't follow western mic graft so they get a lot more done for much fewer rubles

>RUSSIA IS WAY MORE TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED IN WARFARE THAN USA BECAUSE IT IS OK I SAY SO

>BLYAT POLAND BELONGS TO US *reeing chechen noises*

Russians need to fuck off already.

"Consider, for example, the US/NATO military forces with which Biden threatened Russia with deployment: 8,500 US troops, 5,000 French troops, a few hundred UK troops to the Baltics and Poland, 1,000 US troops to Romania, 1,000 troops to Bulgaria. This tiny number of soldiers, even if deployed as a single force could not stop a Russian advance for 5 minutes. Obviously, Washington and NATO have no capability of deterring any Russian attack anywhere in Europe, East and West. This was made even more obvious by the Pentagon’s announcement that no US troops would be sent to Ukraine; by two NATO members announcing they would not send troops if NATO becomes involved in Ukraine; by NATO member Germany denying NATO member UK overflight privileges in making arms deliveries to Ukraine; by a NATO member, Bulgaria, refusing to receive the offered 1,000 US soldiers.

Every government in the world knows that Ukraine will not be brought into NATO. It would be an act of suicide for Ukraine and for NATO. If the dumbshits in Washington involve the US, it would have to be with nuclear weapons and it would be the end of the US."

Zircon is believed to be a maneuvering, winged hypersonic cruise missile with a lift-generating center body. A booster stage with solid-fuel engines accelerates it to supersonic speeds, after which a scramjet motor with liquid-fuel (Decilin [ru]) (JP-10 jet fuel) in the second stage accelerates it to hypersonic speeds.[17][38]

The missile's range is estimated to be 135 to 270 nautical miles (155 to 311 mi; 250 to 500 km) at low level, and up to 400 nmi (460 mi; 740 km) in a semi-ballistic trajectory;[39] average range is around 400–450 km (250–280 mi; 220–240 nmi).[40] According to Russian media (2017), the longest possible range is 540 nmi (620 mi; 1,000 km) and for this purpose a new fuel was created.[41][42][43] Some internet tabloids even claim the range of missile can reach 1,000 - 2,000 km, depending on the type of target.[7]

Zircon can travel at a speed of Mach 8–Mach 9 (6,090–6,851 mph; 9,800–11,025 km/h; 2.7223–3.0626 km/s). This has led to concerns that it could penetrate existing naval defense systems.[44] Because it flies at hypersonic speeds within the atmosphere, the air pressure in front of it forms a plasma cloud as it moves, absorbing radio waves and making it practically invisible to active radar systems (Plasma stealth). With plasma stealth, hypersonic-speed and sea skimming technique, intercepting a flying Zircon is extremely difficult, if at all feasible at the current level of technology. The final section of the trajectory will be overcome in a minimum time (under 10 seconds), the enemy will not have time to carry out all the necessary procedures[45] Zircon exchanges information in flight and can be controlled by commands if necessary.
