I've been looking at this chart that people have been posting here and there for a while now, using it to essentially say, the fed won't hike rates as much as we expect because the market always overestimates the rates. That's true for the times when the fed is decreasing rates, futures pricing always seems to hint at a higher bottom, but when rates are being increased, it's the other way around. The market seems to think that hiking will be slower than it is. I mainly mean the 2016-2020 period here. Am I missing something? Is this chart just bullshit? If neither is true, than it suggest we could se faster hiking than expected.

When we get to -10%, then you buy, but make sure you have an exit strategy because it could well go to -20% like it did in 2018. I also noticed this and have pointed it out.
