>Low interest rate for years >Every investor leveraged to the gills and invests in the worst junk to chase yields >Entire market has an "up only" mentality >Inflation starts to soar but was marked as "transitory"
To those of you too young to remember 1994, what happened was the Federal Reserve pulled a "surprise"rate hike (despite telegraphing it months in advance), which nobody saw coming because everyone assumed they were just bluffing.
By the end of the year, everything had cratered in value and led to a massive crash in bonds, equity, and real estate, wiping out a generation of gains.
Those who fail to understand history are doomed to repeat it.
Nothing ever happens the same way again. I feel what like because that everyone expects the fed not to raise rates everyone expects the fed to raise rates so it won't happen.

Good news is, they can’t crash the market until after midterms cause they desperately need to win, so you’ll have time to get out.
If you're so certain why don't you short the market with all of your money

The 94 crash was also in February, right before midterms

You both have a neurodegenerative disease and that is why your brain struggles to positively perceive this PIECE. IT IS NOT because you're both people of COLOR and are strongly independent in your MELANINISTIC WAYS.
