Depends on what cunt you're in I guess, most of the authorities that run rail ops in kangaroo land are state owned entities so you just look at the government job website for whatever state you're in and see if they're onboarding an intake of trainees. There aren't really any prerequisites so you just apply and see if you get through to the next stage, do a cognitive assessment, couple of interview rounds, then a medical and away ya go.

Asian culture is different than western culture. In Chinese Confucian tradition, many normal jobs are seen as subhuman. Like being a butcher or merchant, despite the fact that everyone needs to eat food to survive. Educated government buerocrats on the other hand are lauded, as well as doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc. Education/higher education is all they care about, engineering and trades is seen as disgusting peasant work. This all comes from a culture where cripples are seen as unlucky to be around. Kek.
If you wanted an asian who respects you, it would be better to date someone further away from Chinese culture, like a southeast asian, Jap, Taiwanese, or Filipino.
