Arbitrage question. Suppose I buy a 2028 DWAC warrant (11.5 strike) for $27.50. I also sell a deep ITM call for 2024, strike price $40, premium $40.
Now if DWAC is above $39, I earn money on the warrant. If DWAC is below $39, I earn money on the short call. My gains are capped if it goes super high but w/e, this is arbitrage, I'm positive in all scenarios.
What are the risks? > Broker doesnt offset margin requirements for these positions against each other and I may get margin called early -> keep the position small > I get exercised early, nobody buys my option/sells stock and I have to pay 100%+ borrow fees for years -> seems unlikely? > others?

I just make up my own tax rules, state I'm in they take away 16% of your paycheck if you're single, that's too high so I do it manually and only give them 5%. As for my capital gains, I put too much work into my due dillegence, so I only give them 1%

Man Fidelity is ass. The brokeragelink option doesn't show up in your 401K allotment choices unless you xfer 500 bucks into it. You can't make cash an allotment either so your only option is to sell some shit to get the cash to put into your link account. Luckily there were some green posiitons I could trim to get the amount but DAMN, even HOOD is less janky.

Well user, I'm currently in this VRAY play. It's going through a little succulent dip right now and seems to working okay so far, got myself a LEAP. trying to get out of the call I sold though I sold one too ITM. Seems like it's going to be going up from here, IV goes up and down pretty violently causing extreme price change in the options, idk you may be too late but probably not
