I will say, even then, they seem to be remarkably good at memorization, as evidenced by their domination of spelling bees. Memorization isn't all of intelligence but it is a component and it seems to be their niche.

I don’t understand what sort of environment one has to live in to evolve in. Like with blacks vs whites it’s simplified as africa is easy paradise and Europe is icy wasteland.
