I honestly don't really know, but Harmony has Curve, Aave v3 coming, Tranquil(Compound fork), possibly a sanctioned Uni V3 fork coming etc.
So there's already placed to park your money in general to make yield(and its incentivized with extra ONE).
So without actually knowing the specifics of what's going on with ICP I can't really say, but ONE definitely has a pretty mature defi ecosystem going already.

ICP integration wont trustless. There is no custody vaults and it relies on smart contracts to sign tx saying "trust me bro the btc is here" rather than the mint/burn mechanism deployed by the smart contracts on the harmony vaults. Dfinity have released very little information into exactly how it will work also, which is understandable as its in development but so far they are making promises which, as it stands, there are no way to verify will work or come to fruition.
