xrp is literally better than the swift GPI, it has a transaction time of 3 seconds, goes into any currency, and has a maximum fee of .25 xrp or 25 cents, whichever is lower. It can also divide itself down to one-millionth of a cent (nothing new) meaning it can support single-cent transactions even if one xrp is four digits.
Also, Bitcoin and Ethereum have had similar lawsuits and this lawsuit was just clearly to stop xrp progress.
