Anything not Chainlink related is just not exciting, it's going to be another layer 1 or worse a crypto currency, feels like 2016 or some shit. Not interested in the slightest. To me, Chainlink is what keeps me interested in the space, what they're building is new and sets the foundations of web3, I can see the architecture being born before my eyes, some things and concepts I never thought of before that feel like an obvious thing mere weeks after and makes me wonder how we could think crypto could work without it before. Chainlink is just crypto now to me, it defines its substance and boundaries. I am grateful for Chainlink, I would have probably given up on crypto without it, Chainlink gives me hope in its future.
