The richest man in Asia is from Chinese origin. (Li Ka Shing) has equity in Blockstream through horizon ventures. Industrial scale bitcoin mining first occurred in China. The Ethereum alliance was predominantly funded by Chinese Investors. And we all know what blockstream did to Bitcoin. Bitcoin smart contracts got removed by Blockstream.
Vitalik Buterin earliest supporters were from China. Vitalik himself speaks fluent mandarin. The Chinese investors behind Ethereum are the same behind Dfinity. Dfinity was funded by Fenbushi's Vitalik's former fund. Rabbit hole goes deep.
Form your own thoughts. ICP is something else. Newfags LURK more type less. If you don't know the history behind BTC and Ethereum then STFU. Lurk more type less.
ICP is a VC pump and dump. Just look at the chart kek

ICP got destroyed at launch and is on a prolonged dump. The project’s ambition gives me Chainlink vibes.

Here is a question, will this take the timespan of Ethereum to reach proportional numbers of growth, or will the Bitcoin and Ethereum integration speed up the process, and by how much.

fernbushy is a front for the ccp

this thread is fucking pointless, just random unrelated facts listed one after the other. who gives a fuck? ICP had yet another all time low just a few days ago and nowadays people only care about price action. no one will buy your bags, just sell and get something decent like AVAX or SQLANA. if I had any extra cash I'd certainly short the fuck out of ICP, it's literally free money
Would be faster. Still needs organic growth, but the number of devs and users has obviously risen a lot in the past 4 years so any adoption soon happen much faster. There's clearly a greater learning curve with the internet computer compared to moving from eth to matic/ftm/bsc/avax etc., as either a dev or an end user. However, look at how quickly those other chains/l2s were adopted after defi and nfs blw up on eth. Now that there's money to be made simply by attracting tvl and nft casinos, and people are used to learning a new change, bridging, etc., new chains are adopter much quicker.
I don't personally believe that btc integration will be much of a catalyst compared to eth. Don't think that's a hot take really, because nobody is going to start using another chain because they have two assets (icp, btc). Yea, you can create IC-native tokens but that's a lot different than being able to bridge them over or interact without having to bridge (direct integration).
Jonathan Hughes
Do you think ICP will dump again against the market? When? I don't want to have the price cut in half again just after I buy.
Justin Gutierrez
My suspicion is BTC integration won't be a big bump because developers will still have to build onto it and people won't know what it's capable of. Assuming BTC integration proves popular, Eth integration will get crazy hype and send us sky high.
Nathan Cox
This. if anything, the market will dump the day it goes live (sell the news). if btc maxis start adopting it because they get to keep the keys to their btc, it'll be huge once devs build cool stuff
Ryan Sanders
How retarded are you dumb fucks who can't even use google to find out who is the richest man in asia?
Enjoy holding this VC scam shit coin. Makes perfect sense who buys this shit, it's retard chinks like OP here who can't even figure out how to google.

they're Wyckoffing it for cheap pee. if you're not loading up now you're going to miss out when the decentralized internet becomes the new standard for dApps everywhere. Uniswap? ICP hosted. Direct swaps from BTC to ETH, no bridging. just be patient, maybe try building on it because the new "web dev" career is going to be with cannisters
