What do you guys think are the key components of a successful e-commerce?
I came up with these key points -Good selection of products -A good web application -Branding -Good customer service and experience -Active use of social media -Digital Marketing
On top of that I would do an Strategic Planning to solidify the business. What would you add to the list.
