Okay, so this is obviously a clickbait article designed to make people mad, but I'll bite and answer:

Women are inherently hypergamous, meaning in short terms: They ONLY want to date up
If a woman earns 1 mill a year, she's only attracted to guys that earn 2 mill a year
If a woman is smart, she wants a guy that's smarter, etc.

The problem is that society has for the past 60 years, slowly (and forcibly through giving them bonuses, easier hires, etc.) pushed women further and further up in status, resulting in women having smaller and smaller (viable) dating pools (because their standards have become so inflated)

The result is that women are now only truly happy with the top 5-1% of men, because that's what they feel they deserve in a post-feminist world
This leads to a huge portion of men becoming incels, a huge portion of women being unhappy (because they can't get chad, or have to share him with 10 other girls) and society slowly destabilizing, until it all comes crashing down in violent revolutions in 20-50 years
