it costs roughly $100 to buy or sell anything on ETH so that's out of the question
BSC is the same thing as ETH but it runs on binance's servers instead of miners' computers, so while centralized, transactions cost only pennies and fulfill in seconds. Less than $10k to invest and your only option basically is BSC, so get a metamask wallet, get some BNB and lurk moar for sub-10 minute old BSC shittokens, most tokens posted here are on BSC
eventually you'll learn how to stop getting scammed and start making serious money if the shitcoin casino season starts when I think it's going to, in a couple of weeks here
