Use it. Pay it off. Open new ones. Use them, pay them. Open new loan types. Pay them off.

It’s not fucking rocket surgery

>get credit cad
>use it to buy a computer
>NOOO YOU'RE USING TOO MUCH OF THE CREDIT WE GAVE YOU!
>your credit score has decreased by 30 points

Biggest thing? Don’t pay interest.
If you’re going to pay interest you can’t fucking afford it and are carrying a balance.
There are plenty of promotional 0% cards if you want to do that. Just don’t pay interest.
If you have good credit and make good money, you can make money on them instead of them on you.
Chase sapphire preferred for instance will actually pay you $1250 if you spend 4,000 in 3 months.

that's muslim

Borrow money from the J*w and pay it back with interest like a good goy

Reach out to your bank stat.

I once bought a bag of chips for $1.99 with my credit card, and that was my entire balance for the month, and the bank just did an adjustment for it instead. I got a bag of chips for free :)

You know..I will. Thanks for reminding me. -55pts for paying off my auto loan in full after 2 years is fucking insane. I was anticipating a 30-50+pt increase! These goddamn cocksuckers

>Wells Fargo
you fool

if you do this too often though, they may close your account

They punish you for not having any debt.

Credit cards are based af if you use them responsibly and pay your balance ASAP as to not pay interest. You can basically get all kinds of rewards that will ultimately make / save you money, but you have to have the discipline to not dig yourself a hole like "they" want you to.

One thing my parents did that helped me as a young person was put my name on their credit card account for emergencies. It then made my credit report show that my credit history began almost the year I was born which boosted my score.

You don't really need to worry about that stuff. It will go back up. If that was your oldest account especially that can happen.

>don't use credit
>"oy vey why aren't you borrowing money goyim!"
>score drops 30 points

This. I giggle when people are focused on improving credit score instead of maximizing wealth. I don't give two shots about my credit score. Makes creditors speechless when they pull their shitty threats on me.
