Short everything. Now

Short everything. Now
>WASHINGTON — America’s gross national debt topped $30 trillion for the first time on Tuesday, an ominous fiscal milestone that underscores the fragile nature of the country’s long-term economic health as it grapples with soaring prices and the prospect of higher interest rates.
>The breach of that threshold, which was revealed in new Treasury Department figures, arrived years earlier than previously projected as a result of trillions in federal spending that the United States has deployed to combat the pandemic. That $5 trillion, which funded expanded jobless benefits, financial support for small businesses and stimulus payments, was financed with borrowed money.
>The borrowing binge, which many economists viewed as necessary to help the United States recover from the pandemic, has left the nation with a debt burden so large that the government would need to spend an amount larger than America’s entire annual economy in order to pay it off.

How much debt does there need to be, such that it is no longer possible to even pay the interest? I wanna see what happens then :P

A million dollars is nothing.

no amount is large enough if you can just inflate your currency.

This is bullish for crypto retard.

Only 21m btc
vs
3747937474949392661516288484949 gorrillion dollars with billions more being printed each passing day

Somewhere around 1 x 10 to the 15th power. AKA One Quadrillion (1,000,000,000,000,000) AKA 1,000 times one trillion, etc.

Bearish? Bitch please... Sleepyjoe can raise the debt ceiling to 666 trillion next. Problem solved.

i was just looking at this the other day. here's an interesting perspective.. the national debt reached:
>100 billion in 1943
>1 trillion in 1982
>10 trillion in 2008
>20 trillion in 2017
>30 trillion in 2022

what an interesting day for this to happen. there is so much going on in the world right now that it just seems like a chain reaction has already started. rus/ukr, supply chain issues, the honkening... you might be right about exiting all markets. i will at least keep my stop losses booked and stagnated to avoid some kind of true black swan.

Think about this. Countries are huge organizations with incredible high amounts of people knowing what the hell they are doing. If the US is in this situation it's deliberate. Don't assume you know more than a multi-trillion company, including countries

Thats also true. Crypto in general doesnt have a capped supply since they will never stop churning out copy paste shitcoins and forks.

Even so the current crypto mcap is a drop in the ocean compared to the total fiat money supply. Ibwould unironically have more trust in digital coins because at least the supply is transparent.

A precious metals backed crypto would probably be a suitable replacement when fiat shits its diaper

HERE IT GO SILVER BROS WE GONNA BE RICH! YEEHAWWWWW

It's a good idea to buy cheap OOTM YOLO calls every month in anticipation of this finally happening. Think of it as insurance.

And then what? Massive inflow into the stock market? Crypto?

Absurd and cringe
