Of the two? AVAX is better. Actually its better than anything else on the market. But ETH is worth more and industry and the world financial system seem committed to using it. Will be interesting to see if AVAX can change their minds.
This list is pretty much fair but I still have my doubts as to whether SOL is actually more decentralized than ETH or FTM - and SOL also lie about their transactions re:wash trading.
