no as it is negative in real terms
money printing is still on going so the interest rate has to match money supply increase to be at effective zero

we have both money supply increase and price inflation

Boomers gotta dump all their stocks and crypto for those sweet sub-inflation level gains.

Climbs to 0% sounds like a joke.

Yes, they are a very safe asset and money moving into them indicates institutions are moving away from risk on assets like crypto and growth stocks

Never understood this. Would ve better to put their money in stable coins and stake it for 10% +

don't forget to eat the bugs

The only way to make money on treasury bonds is by pocketing premiums by selling it to the next sucker. Governments call BTC a ponzi by projection, because essentially, their bonds are the actual Ponzi's right now. Every trader will tell you that holding bonds is a very good way to lose money, but buying and selling bonds is actually profitable, because it is a government backed ponzi.

THIS TOO

Retard

You're actually losing money. Lets be nice and say inflation is 5%. You only gain 1.8%. Your cash will be worth 3.2% less

Revelations says that in the end times, everything will be the opposite of what it should be. Men will be woman, criminals will be heros, and prices will climb to zero.
Kek, just kidding. It really says that a 6 winged eyeball will yell "Holy Holy Holy" into a golden cup.

Yes, but the question was whether treasury rates going up means anything, not whether they’re a good investment

it means, nobody is buying them so they have to make them more attractive

>nobody buying them

it is ok the fed will just print out a few trillion for vanguard so they buy them. good enough for the entire bond market.

yeah, the goy will be in bondage forever :D

How can I leverage treasury bonds?
Say at 10X leverage and get a free 18% yearly ROI for ten years?

wait i don't get it. people are more confident that germany will pay their bonds in 10 years than that the US will? or germany just sells much less bonds?

Get 10 loans from 10 different banks

It’s for retirement funds that mainly need stability and low risk so like a small guaranteed loss is better than a risk in their minds, or something

1 stable coin today = the exact same amount in 100+ years.
With that said, Tether has shady backers.
USDC is pretty good.
