I had an account balance of negative 5 digits on Friday morning because I was assigned on the short leg of my SPY put credit spreads. Actually worked out in my favor since I sold the shares during lunch and sold my long legs after it dipped more. Almost broke even on those spreads because of that. Second time I've gotten an early assignment, and both times it has saved me money. Still feels bad to be down so much in the last month though.
