yes, but hogan started the generation of marks in the ring. he cared about a fake belt, a plot device, something worthless. bret hart made it even worse because he was a mark AND he tricked people into thinking he was a good wrestler when every match he had was a snoozefest with no good spots, and that spawned an era of dean malenkos, chad gables and lance storms that literally never drew a dime or sold 1 ticket
