So few details, hard to say.
All we know is:
>wife claimed abuse
>police went in
>police claim they were set up by Lance
The last item here, is odd...not sure how they claim this.

he will probably get life in prison. laws don't apply to cops they do what they want

If the police clearly identified themselves and he shot them then the man would be at wrong. However, if the police identified themselves and he shot them then the man is at wrong. Even police who commit no knock raids have been found to be in the wrong by some courts because the person being raided has no idea they are police and are acting in self-defense against the police.

The guy is likely fucked because he probably shot them after the cops identified themselves.

Whether we think the law is wrong or not the police are just enforcers, any grievance people have with the law must be addressed by the courts, not by vigilantism.

However, if the police did not identify themselves and he shot them then the police is are at wrong.*

yea i caught the mistake and knew what u meant. Would be nice if he gets off and that the wife was lying and the cops didnt announce. i get annoyed so much at the corruption that i wish for things like this to go in the little guys favour so much. someone also made a song about it lol...

Yeah, it's sad how they may get away with beating someone...
And to think that it was started because some roastie, who bravely escaped by walking through the front door, said she was abused.

some states killing their cop-goons means immediately seeking of death penalty

i remember someone mentioning how your life is worthless in the eyes of the state. punch someone? get cited or maybe booked and released. punch a government official? spend several years behind bars. same with killing, spend a decade+, or death penalty for killing the establishment's goons

Holy hell they beat the living shit out of him kek

English you dumb fucking leaf.
Delete your post, you mongrel.

>The guy is likely fucked because he probably shot them after the cops identified themselves.
Yeah, because burglars can't say that they are cops.

3 down? Funky yeah. Sick of hearing this "300 people shot, 1 dead" bullshit.

did he get raspberry jam rubbed all over him?

indeed he did, he was probably in the middle of making a peanut butter n jam sarnie

if they say they are cops, have a uniform, etc. It's hard to argue. Because remember, you're dealing with a courts that use the reasonableness standard (would a reasonable person think these people are cops?).

Unfortunately impersonation is one of the glaring holes in almost all forms of security establishments. Like that shooter in Nova Scotia, Canada that impersonated the RCMP and even created a fake RCMP cop car and went around shooting people with practically no one stopping him because the police and the public couldn't identify the imposter.

There's tons of cases of criminals impersonating police and the authorities have no legal resolution to this other than vigilance and checking numbers, etc.

Idk didn’t some dude with coffee in his name get found not guilty for killing cops or feds?

Can't forget one pig died of his injuries a day later.
