At some point Josh will have to ddos whatever server is ddosing himself, or create a system to deny requests by non-trusted users. The latter will require significant programming and is plausible, but will take a few months to create. It's not keffals though, it's someone else with direct access to all the middleware providers as attacks of this scale are highly unusual. Maybe null shouldn't have pissed off cloudflare by naming names like he did, but this is the same guy whose other two projects (8 and 9 -chan respectively) failed for similar reasons although he pulled the plug on both.

That would be the logical thing to do. Null is a faggot and deserves this, but KF users won't go down without a real fight. Keffals is ultimately proposing an engineering problem, all of them got bunkers elsewhere to regroup. They all have resources to pull a raid of their own, it's really just up to null to let them have all the actual analytics on the attacks so they can create a response. Eventually null is going to yield that info, and it'll be a huge shitstorm as a hacking war occurs on normal servers used by regular businesses.
Ideally, the government would just step in right now to stop this. Null is guilty of harassing Keffals with his note (the note created AFTER the initial attack on Cloudflare, that got CF to cut off KF) and Keffals is guilty of preventing a website from normal operation. Both are going to vigilantism rather than a court fight, even though Keffals would probably win. Compare this directly to the successful lawsuits against Alex Jones, which happened instead of a media war Jones (and his followers) are equipped to fight.
